♥ All items are pre-order. Join only if you're willing to wait.
♥ I reserve the right to amend the T&Cs at any point of time.
♥ I reserve the rights to cancel the spree shall MOQ not met. Full refund will be made.
♥ I don't provide post-purchase service. Item should be in the condition as stated in the auction details at the point when buyer received it. Thus, complaints about the bad quality of item sold will not be entertained. However, I'll check and assure that the item is of perfect condition before I mail them out. Therefore, any stains/defects during the mailing process will not be entertained

ORDER
♥ Strictly no changes of order after the stated deadline.
♥ Strictly no cancellation of orders, please calculate your amount properly as no refunds will be done if you count wrongly. I believe I have stated very clearly upfront on calculation and i really find it a hassle to refund, I wish all my spree to be hassle free for me so hope all of you can cooperate :)

PRICE & PAYMENT
♥ All prices are fixed.
♥ Payment can be made to my HSBC or Maybank account
♥ All orders without payment will not be accepted, so please pay first before you email your order. All unpaid orders will be deleted and not be taken in
♥ We reserve the right to make any changes to the prices at any point of time, due to currency fluctuation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
♥ I can assure that I will acknowledge your orders once I received your payment. Hence, please re-send your email if I’m not replying you within 3days. Your email could be lost in somewhere
♥ Please add my email address to your contact list or address book to prevent my email landed into your Junk mail/ folder
♥ Customers will only be informed whether the contact lens degree which they have ordered are available or unavailable, after we have submitted the order to our supplier.
♥ please note that at this stage, no cancellation of order is permitted. If you insist on canceling your order, no refund will be given.

PRODUCTS
♥ Goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
♥ Neo, Barbie, Starry, Tearful are certified brands by FDA.
♥ IMPORTANT!! I’m NOT responsible for any discomfort when you wearing the lenses, wrong degrees of the lenses (when you provided me wrong degree information for your eyes) or lost of money when you're doing bank transaction to me
♥ IMPORTANT!! Get your valid prescription from your eye care professional on your lens degree before purchase contact lenses from internet
♥ IMPORTANT!! Make sure your prescription is current. If you haven't had your eyes checked within the last year or two, you may have eye problems that you are not aware of, or your lenses you ordered may not correct your vision well

DELIVERY
♥ Prices include shipping charges from Korea/Nepal/Taiwan (depending on products origin).
♥ Local delivery charges is not inclusive.
♥ (LENS) Shipping from Korea to Singapore takes approximately 2-3 weeks for available stock & 4 weeks for unavailable stock.
**Note: For unavailable stock, the factory has to produce them, hence a longer waiting time.
♥ (Sorry!) Items will be distributed by normal/express mail only. Strictly no meet up.
♥ All contact lens will be sent in a bubble wrapped envelope.
♥ Our responsibility ends when we have sent your item out.
♥ We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during postal transit, regardless via normal or registered mail.
♥Difference between normal & registered mail:-
NORMAL MAIL-Postman drops your mail into your mailbox
REGISTERED MAIL-Postman personally delivers your mail to your door step & a signature is required upon receiving your mail. You will be given a tracking code to check its status once we have sent it out for posting at the post office. Your mail will be dealt with carefully by the postman.
EXPRESS MAIL-As per registered mail. Mailing time is faster, about 1-3 days to arrive (depends on your location).
